With over 20 years of experience in international development, I have built a solid career in leading and overseeing impactful programs, particularly within USAID. My focus has been on steering projects through complex governance, political transitions, and economic growth in challenging environments. 

I specialize in developing and executing multimillion-dollar strategies that drive tangible results. From supporting civil society and strengthening democratic institutions to enhancing governance frameworks, I am committed to fostering transparency, accountability, and sustainable development.

As the Managing Director of ACS LLC, a leading consultancy, I guide the development of Mobility as a Service (MaaS) solutions to tackle global development challenges. Additionally, I lead the EmpowerDevTech.com initiative, which harnesses the power of AI to support localization efforts. Through innovative tools and training, we empower NGOs and communities to create proposals, manage key performance indicators, and design effective strategies, connecting local efforts to global donor objectives.

My work also extends to improving service delivery and promoting collaboration between governments and citizens, ultimately working towards a more equitable and transparent system for all.
